8 Steps to Enrollment

Step 1: Do you qualify? View Catalog & Videos

Familiarize yourself with the ACA Enrollment Requirements. Online education at ACA is unlike any other: ACA offers the world's most technologically advanced hybrid online programs by combining the most up to date online classes open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with access to 500+ physician supervised clinical externship sites across the United States.  Click here to download our catalog, then click on any of the videos below for detailed explaination of each program.&nbsp:

Step 2: Qualify for Transfer Credits? Speak with an Enrollment Specialist

We know there's a lot to digest, but no worries.  Whether you're looking to become an Advanced Certified Medical Assistant, get into medical school or secure a medical residency position, the highly trained Enrollment Specialists at ACA are here to help answer your questions.  So review our website, watch our videos, then speak with a Enrollment Specialist by contacting us. Once there, be sure to have your previous course work screened for possible transfer credit opportunities… which could mean thousands of dollars in tuition savings to you!

Step 3: Is Hybrid/Distance Education Right for You?

Distance education is not right for everyone. Please review the ACA Hybrid Education information and answer the ACA Distance Learning Questionnaire and see for yourself if distance education is a good fit for you; please note that a minimum score of 50 is required in order for you to proceed with enrollment in ACA. Contact your Enrollment Specialist once done, so that we may answer any questions that you may have.

Step 4: Choose Your Program

For Medical Assisting
For Medical College
For Medical Residency

Step 5: Spend 5 Minutes to Apply

By applying online you helps us establish your identity, educational history and externship preparedness.

Step 6: Attend a Webinar and Meet ACA’s President

Register for a webinar hosted by the President of Advanced Colleges of America, Dr. Pedram Mizani. Come to learn about program details, discuss your scenario, and ask the most difficult questions about your path to a career in healthcare.

Step 7: Explore Your Financial Options

ACA has several in-house financial assistance packages for you to choose from: get up to 6% discount for paying for your entire education up front, or take advantage of our zero interest signature only 9 or 12 month student financing, or apply for our 24 month credit and co-signer based loan. Our Financial Assistance team will help you figure out which financial assistance option is the right one for you and your family.

Step 8: ACA Online Orientations with the President

Welcome to ACA – you are now Provisionally Enrolled by this step! You will have two orientations: 1) introduction to Advanced Medical Assisting during your first week of AMA – 111 (you will be notified by the instructor of time and date), and 2) introduction to your Clinical Externships, which you can register for at any time after your Provisional Enrollment by clicking here.

Our class sizes are small, so we can pay individualized attention to each student. Our President, Dr. Mizani (Family Physician) will know you by your first name and help you begin your journey into the world of U.S. healthcare and medicine with ACA.
